Customer Experience

Customer experience refers to the organization and customer relationship quality throughout the consumer/customer and business relationship. The interaction consists of three parts: the customer journey, the customer and business interaction type (over the net, in person, on the telephone, etc.) and the customer environmental experience. A positive customer experience refers to a customer that is satisfied with all points of interaction/experiences with the business.
